Are you income based housing?

Yes, we are based on 30% of your monthly income.

What are your office hours?

Our office hours are Monday-Friday 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM

Do you allow pets? If so, is there a fee for pets?

Yes, residents are allowed one dog (up to 15 lbs. and must be at least one year old) OR one cat (must be litter box trained). There is a $300.00 pet deposit that can be paid in full or paid in monthly installments of $10.00.

What activities are offered at your property?

Free lunch is provided on weekdays by Senior Nutrition. We offer various monthly activities such as bingo, blood pressure/blood sugar testing, weekly church service, bake sales, residents pot luck dinners, weekly trips to the mall and grocery stores provided by Senior Nutrition, etc.

What is your procedure for treatment of bed bugs?

Once the problem of bed bugs is reported to management, we take immediate action to solve the problem. We contact our pest control provider and they fully treat the apartment. Our provider also comes back for follow up treatments to ensure that the problem is solved. We also offer quarterly pest control treatments, which includes bed bugs.

What amenities are included for residents?

North Hill II Towers offers the following:
